Jordan Spirit is operated by Agence Xen, based in Geneva, Switzerland. Contact: agencexen@gmail.com.

The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Geneva, Switzerland. Infomaniak's servers are located in Switzerland and comply with Swiss data protection law (nLPD) and GDPR equivalence standards.

Data we collect

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic on this website. GA4 is configured with:

• IP anonymisation enabled (last octet of IPv4 addresses is zeroed)
• No cross-site tracking
• Data retention set to 2 months (minimum available)
• Google Signals disabled
• No remarketing features enabled

The data collected includes pages visited, approximate geographic region (country/region level), browser type, device type and referral source. This is standard aggregate analytics — we cannot identify individual visitors.

GetYourGuide cookies

When you click an affiliate link to GetYourGuide, their website may set cookies on your browser to track the referral and enable commission attribution. This is governed by GetYourGuide's privacy policy. We have no access to these cookies or the data they collect.

localStorage — language preference

If you select a language on this site, your preference is stored in your browser's localStorage under the key jordan-spirit-lang. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. To clear it: open your browser's developer tools → Application → Local Storage → delete the key.

Contact by email

If you email us at agencexen@gmail.com, your email address and message content are stored in our Gmail inbox. We use this data only to respond to your query. We do not add you to any mailing list. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Data we do NOT collect

• We do not run a newsletter or collect email addresses on-site (no opt-in form currently)
• We do not use advertising cookies or ad trackers (no AdSense active at launch)
• We do not use social media tracking pixels
• We do not process payment information (all bookings handled by GetYourGuide)

For GA4 data: because GA4 stores anonymised data without individual identifiers, we cannot retrieve or delete data for a specific user from GA4. You can prevent GA4 tracking entirely using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Data retention

• GA4 data: 2 months (configured in GA4 account settings)
• Infomaniak server logs: 30 days maximum
• Email correspondence: retained until you request deletion
• localStorage: stored on your device until you clear it

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our data practices change — for example, if we add advertising or a newsletter. The "last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes will be noted on the About page.
